By visiting, registering, providing information and using all the features on the website/application provided by BukuKu, then if you have understood and agreed to these terms of service and all other related provisions that are not an integral part of these terms of service, including but not limited to the privacy policy and the refund policy along with additions from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, please do not visit, register with, provide information through, or use the Website.

1.Account registration
Before entering our website/application, you must first enter your name and personal information requested by us and indirectly give your consent to receive marketing communications from us. By registering this personal data, you only get the right to access some of the free digital books that have been provided which can change at any time in the form of content or the form of the amount of content.
You will be given the option of being able to purchase a subscription package, which gives you access rights to be able to access our content for a limited period of time as you specify. You will have the opportunity to extend your subscription to the exclusive content with notifications via the website, application, sms, whatsapp and email entered before the subscription period expires.
By registering personal data to access exclusive content, subscription content or access the website in general, you acknowledge that the information you provide is your original personal data. When you buy a subscription package, we will ask you to provide the data we need as specified on the registration page on the website/application which may change from time to time.

2. Registration information
You agree and guarantee that all information provided regarding your personal immediately registers, the information provided is true, accurate and complete information about yourself or your children/students. You also guarantee that the information provided is not taken from the identity of another person. We really care about the personal information that has been provided and along with other personal information that you provide to us, we will treat it in accordance with the Privacy Policy which is an integral part of these Terms of Service.

3. Access rights
By registering, you only get the right to access some of the free digital books that have been provided which can change at any time in the form of content or the form of the amount of content. By purchasing a subscription package, you are entitled to access to BukuAku's exclusive content until the end of the subscription period.
Access rights only cover viewing digital books contained in the content, as well as using features and services on the Buku Aku website or application. The right to download and save in the application still follows the terms and conditions that have been determined by us. Access rights do not make you own the ownership rights of all the content we provide, you are not given the right to make copies, reproduce, or distribute in any way and any media for example such as taking photos or recording part of the content and you are one the only party who can use these access rights, access rights cannot be loaned, shared, rented or transferred to anyone. If there is a loss related to you doing this, we are not responsible for your loss and you agree to release all claims against us.
For your sake and ours, we forbid you to share registration information, including username and password, with anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized personal information. You are responsible for accessing the website/application, using devices that are shared with other people, ensuring that you have logged out of your account properly after using our services.

4.General Payment Terms. 

Whilst Bukuaku is able, in their sole judgment, to provide certain features and content of the Services free of charge to certain users, other features of the Services as may require you to pay fees in compliance with the terms below. You will have the chance, before payment of any fees, to carefully evaluate and approve the fees that will be charged to you. 

4.1 Price

 Bukuaku is entitled to set prices for the Services. Bukuaku will make reasonable attempts to update the price information published on the website. We recommend that you check our website regularly for the most updated pricing information. Bukuaku at its sole discretion, may change the pricing for any feature of the Services, including any additional charges, if Bukuaku provides you with advance notice of the change before it takes effect. Bukuaku in its discretion, may provide promotional offers with different features and different prices to individual Bukuaku customers. Any of these promotional offers, except as provided to you, will not be valid for your offerings or these terms.

4.2 Authorization

You authorize Bukuaku to convert all order amounts you make and any Service level you select as defined in these terms or as published by Bukuaku, as well as all applicable taxes, to the payment method defined in your account. If you are paying any charges by credit card, Bukuaku may request pre-authorization of your credit card account before you complete your purchase to verify that the credit card is legitimate and has the required funds or credit to cover your purchase.

4.3 Subscription Service

Services may incorporate automatic recurring payments (auto-renewable subscriptions) for periodic charges ("Subscription Services"). If you enable a Subscription Services, you authorize Bukuaku to remotely bill, on a recurring basis and until cancellation of the recurring payment or your account, all amounts accrued on or before the payment due date for the accumulated amounts. 1. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTO-BILLED ON THE SUBSCRIPTION BILLING DATE ALL APPLICABLE FEES AND TAXES FOR THE FOLLOWING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
2.  THE SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU TERMINATE THE SUBSCRIPTION OR WE TERMINATE IT, AND
3. YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE IT RENEWS TO AVOID BILLING THE NEXT PERIODIC SUBSCRIPTION FEE TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

We will charge periodic Subscription Fees to the payment method you have given us during registration (or to a different payment method if you change your payment information). You can cancel the Subscription Service by following the instructions here or contacting us at: [email protected] 

4.4. Delinquent Accounts

Bukuaku is able to suspend or discontinue access to the Services, including the charge-based portions of the Services, for any account that is past due but hasn't been paid. In addition to any amounts owing for Services, delinquent accounts will incur fees or charges incidental to any billing or collection of unpaid amounts, including collection costs.

5. Prohibited use
You may only use the features and read digital books on our website/application for purposes that do not conflict with applicable laws and regulations. In using the website you are prohibited to:
a. access and use the website in any way, device, and media that violates applicable laws and regulations;
b. use the website for purposes that are against the law, decency or decency in society;

c. provide information or which is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete about you;
d. provide information by acting as if another person or party, or impersonating a person or a party;
e. provide false statements regarding your association with a person, entity, or association;
f. take any means to keep your true identity secret from us;
g. download, store, make copies, share, re-upload, or distribute in any way and any media the content of the website (for example, taking photos or recording some of the educational content that exists and sharing it through social media) either without or by obtaining commercial benefits ;
h. cause Access Rights to be used by other parties other than yourself, either by lending, sharing, renting, transferring, or in any other way;
i. share Registration Information (including username and password) with anyone;
j. cause, whether intentionally or unintentionally, someone can illegally and without our permission access and use the Portal using your Registration Information;
k. access the website using someone else's account;
l. violates our intellectual property rights or any third party contained on the website;
m. interfere with or interfere with the operation of or servers or networks connected to the website, including installing, transmitting, transmitting, uploading, or otherwise making available any material that contains software viruses, worms or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the use of computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

6. Violation of terms of service
You agree that if in the future you violate these terms of service, we have the right to revoke the access rights you have when you visit the website/application or subscribe monthly, every 3 months or annually.
As for the revocation of subscription access rights due to a violation of these terms of service, you are not entitled to request a refund of the monthly, 3-month or yearly subscription fee. Revocation of access rights does not limit our right to take legal action necessary to enforce our rights.

7. Subscription packages
You can access our features and content exclusively if you agree to purchase a subscription package which we explain more clearly in our subscription service area. Payment terms by any method in the process of subscribing are considered part of these terms. The subscription package will be renewed automatically if the subscription duration has expired. Payment will be billed or paid automatically according to the choice of payment method, if you do not unsubscribe from the exclusive package.

8. Limitations of use
You agree that all contents on the Buku Aku application/website, including but not limited to names, logos, codes, programs, designs, trademarks, technologies, databases, processes and business models, are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, moral rights, economic rights and other intellectual property rights are held and owned by us. You have no right to reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell our services or content including without limitation the content and brands as permitted by our terms.
For teaching purposes in the website/application, we may load content sourced from creators or third-party copyright holders based on the principle of fair use without harming the reasonable interests of the creator or copyright holder of the content to the extent permitted by applicable laws. You acknowledge any violation of our services, content and intellectual property rights can be material or immaterial harm, therefore we reserve the right to enforce legal procedures that are possible.

9. Content availability
We give access to digital books that have been provided by our team. The digital books on our website/app may change from time to time due to various reasons such as agreement with the publisher. Therefore, we do not guarantee uniformity from time to time during the period of your subscription.

10. Cancellation of subscription
If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and selecting a profile. Click “Cancel Subscription”. Subscription cancellation will take effect after the expiration of the subscription period. You will not receive a refund for the costs you have incurred for subscribing to our services.

11. Unsubscribe
If you violate these Terms of Service or rules or anything posted in connection with the service or about us. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your access rights without giving notice.

12. Third party services
You are aware that by accessing our website/application, you are indirectly a third party beneficiary of this agreement. However, these third party beneficiaries are not parties to this contract even if you have registered and purchased a subscription package with us. You agree that the terms of use set out in the terms of service and privacy policy are also set out in the applicable third party beneficiary terms of service.

13. User responsibility
You are fully responsible for any losses that you or other parties may face from the use of our website/application or by other parties who use your account. Any action you take on the basis of the information contained in the website/application is your responsibility and personal risk. We are not responsible for your actions.

14. Limitation of liability
We strive to provide the best content through our website/application. We also understand and agree that we do not guarantee that our website/application will be safe or free from viruses or bugs. We are not responsible to you for any loss and damage of any kind arising from using or downloading this website or application, including but not limited to computer viruses, data loss or any other tangible or intangible loss, whether that occurs as a direct or indirect result. other indirect ways for using and downloading our application and website.
In the event that the law requires liability, you agree that our total liability for any claims arising from violations of the terms of service and privacy policy is limited to the amount you have paid us for access rights.
